  • The Work of Byron Katie and the Enneagram – Todd was a guest on the What It’s Like to Be You podcast with Josh Lavine. The title of the two-hour episode is “How to Question Stressful Thoughts Sincerely.” If you’re into the Enneagram or The Work or both, you’ll find this discussion and work session helpful in slowing you down as you question your thoughts. The Work 101 - A Course in Stress Management - Start Anytime

Stop managing your stress and start eliminating the root cause of it. Learn one of the most effective ways to deal with stress of any kind, The Work of Byron Katie. This 45-lesson course, will help you learn how to work through any stressful situation, big or small. The course is the prerequisite for my Inquiry Circle Community and The Work 102. It is also a great way to start a regular practice of The Work.

Drop-In Session Schedule

Drop-in Sessions are available for Inquiry Circle members and participants in The Work 101 and The Work 102. We meet on Zoom. 

During written work Drop-in Sessions we meet, say hi, and then go on mute to do The Work in written form. We work together but individually like in a library or coffee shop. 

Spoken Work Drop-in Sessions are also on Zoom. We pair up with whoever else is there and do The Work in the breakout rooms. Partners each get to do The Work for 30 minutes and facilitate the other for thirty minutes. These sessions help in doing The Work on a regular basis.
