Slow-Cook Policy Discussion

I want to open a discussion about how we post Slow-Cook Inquiry sessions on the blog.

Yesterday, in an email to registered participants, I mentioned that from now on I would password protect each Slow-Cook Inquiry session. And you may have noticed that the last post (on writing a Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheet) is password protected.

I did this because some people have said that they would be more comfortable participating in Slow-Cook Inquiry if it was a closed session.

On the other hand, some people have also reported that it can be helpful for people who are new to The Work to read the posts and get an idea of how The Work works.

I am open to going either way, and would like to hear your feedback. Let’s have a discussion on the blog about it. You can leave your comments below.

Todd Smith has been doing The Work of Byron Katie on an almost daily basis since 2007. He is just as excited about this simple process of self-inquiry today as he was when he first came across it. He also enjoys writing about The Work, and training others in the subtleties of this meditative process. Join Todd for The Work 101 online course, private sessions, virtual retreats, and his ongoing Inquiry Circle group.
