Proud of My Dad: Meditation Teacher for Over 30 Years

My dad and step-mom have been teaching meditation for over 30 years.

Proud of My Dad

Today, I just want to share a newspaper article written about my dad and step-mom in Vermont, who have been teaching meditation for a long time.

I grew up with my dad meditating. He learned in 1975 when I was five. When he asked me if I wanted to learn in 1976, I was a yes. I have many fond memories of doing yoga with my dad and then meditating together most days growing up into my teen years.

I’m grateful for his open mind which allowed me to get into meditation at an early age.

I find the article I’m sharing with you to be both accurate and inspiring.

I still love my twice-daily practice of Transcendental Meditation. If you ever try it, I think you will find it’s a great compliment to doing The Work of Byron Katie. I’ve even heard Byron Katie say that meditators have more fun with The Work.
