Wiggle Room Podcast: Episode 11

I Have Not Been Doing The Work At All Lately + The Difference Between “I Love The Work” And “I Need The Work”

I Have Not Been Doing The Work At All Lately

In this episode of the Wiggle Room Podcast, a participant describes how she hasn’t been doing The Work as much as she would like to. The thought that was getting in the way is that she felt she needed to do The Work on important things and there was nothing important enough to make it worth it.

Listen as she does The Work on “I need to do The Work on something significant.” It’s amazing how enjoyable and helpful questioning a “trivial” thought like this can be.
