He Owes Me Money. Is That True?

There’s nothing more frustrating than when someone owes you money and they won’t pay. Or when they are too slow paying you. This week it happened to me. I sold an asset a couple of weeks ago and was promised a check, then a wire transfer. So far despite my complaints I’ve got nothing.

Does anyone currently owe you money? Or can you remember a time in the past when someone owed you? Let’s question the thought, “He owes me money,” starting today in a new session of Slow-Cook Inquiry.

The Inquiry Will Go For About A Week, One Or Two Questions Per Day

This is a great way to do The Work in a slow way in just five minutes per day. Slow-Cook Inquiry is a place where everyone can see the threads, respond to them on their own time, and do The Work at a slow, methodical pace. We just answer one or two questions per day.

This has the big advantage of letting you show up on your own time every day to contribute. Slow-Cook Inquiry fits easily in your schedule (about five minutes per day).

Once per day, we take the work session to the next step. Each day, you will get an email with the directions for the next step of the group session. Registration is required.

These sessions are free and open to anyone.

Here’s How It Works

1. Inquiry Circle.
2. You will get an email with the next step of inquiry every day (five days a week).
3. You click on the link in the email to come back here to the blog.
4. You post your answers to the question on the blog.
5. You read and get inspiration from what others have posted.
6. This will continue until we have thoroughly worked the stressful concept. Then we’ll start with a new concept for the next week.

This Week’s Concept

This week we will be questioning the stressful thought, “He owes me money.”

We’ll all do The Work on this concept together in the comment section below.
